Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and business planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support various business units with financial queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
