Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients through virtual meetings and consistent communication.

Requirements

• Demonstrable success in a Recruitment Consultant role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven ability to deliver recruitment outcomes in a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Excellent virtual communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using digital recruitment tools, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards.
