About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Klerksdorp . This role is responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and layouts that attract customers and enhance the brand image. You will work closely with store management to ensure that all merchandising efforts align with marketing campaigns and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, an understanding of retail trends, and the ability to translate brand concepts into compelling in-store experiences within the North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging window and in-store displays that reflect current trends and brand identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role within retail.
• Strong creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and layout.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and an understanding of retail environments.
• Excellent spatial awareness and the ability to create impactful displays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with store staff.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into visual executions.
