E-commerce Marketing Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing efforts from their Polokwane office. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition. You will manage a variety of channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in e-commerce growth, data analysis, and team leadership. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's online presence and achieving ambitious revenue targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize all online advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
• Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and CRM strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Manage social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
