About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail Store Assistant Manager to support the management team in Polokwane . You will play a key role in daily store operations, staff supervision, customer service, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales goals.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to ensure high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and adheres to company standards.

Requirements
