Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the full daily operation of the club
• Driving membership growth, retention, and overall profitability
• Managing budgets, financial performance, and operational costs
• Leading and developing departmental management teams
• Ensuring exceptional member service and guest experiences
• Overseeing health, safety, and operational compliance
• Managing staff performance, training, and recruitment
• Driving sales, marketing, and member engagement initiatives
• Maintaining high standards across all facilities and departments
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury health club, fitness club, hospitality, or similar environment
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen
• Strong people management and communication abilities
• Passion for wellness, fitness, and customer service excellence
