You will guide organizations in optimizing their people strategies, including talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. This role involves assessing human capital challenges, developing tailored solutions, and supporting clients in building high‑performing, engaged workforces. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on developing and implementing effective human capital strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human capital consulting, HR strategy, or talent management.
• Proven expertise in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
