Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance their online advertising efforts from their Stellenbosch office. This role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results, such as leads, sales, and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for budget management, A/B testing, and continuous performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in digital advertising tools, and passionate about achieving tangible business outcomes through strategic paid media execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.


• Monitor campaign performance daily, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA).


• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.


• Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize campaign performance.


• Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.


• Stay current with industry best practices, new platform features, and advertising trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media management.


• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).


• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.


• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
