Remote Compliance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager to lead their compliance initiatives within a fully remote team. This senior role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and overseeing the company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will develop and implement policies, conduct risk assessments, manage compliance audits, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's overall compliance program.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of South African financial regulations (e.g., FAIS, FICA, POPIA) and international best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
