About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Administrator to support their busy real estate office in East London . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency, handling administrative tasks related to property listings, client communications, and office management. You will play a key part in providing excellent support to the sales team and ensuring all administrative processes are handled with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the seamless functioning of the firm in the Eastern Cape .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative aspects of property listings, including data entry, marketing material preparation, and file organization.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, prospective buyers, and sellers via phone and email.
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and appointments for agents.
- Maintain and update the agency's property database and CRM system.
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, offers, and other real estate documentation.
- Provide general office support, including managing correspondence and supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the East London area and its property market is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
