Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned production lines, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Monitor production processes for quality, efficiency, and safety, intervening as necessary to resolve issues.
- Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations on the production floor.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of production processes , quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a factory environment.
- A relevant technical qualification or certification is advantageous.
