Catering Sales Executive

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Executive to expand their client base and drive revenue in the Klerksdorp region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively selling catering services for corporate events, private functions, and weddings. You will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team, acting as a key ambassador for the brand. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the catering market.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality, events, or catering industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
