Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and engineering of utility-scale renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies to detailed design.
• Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and specifications for power generation, conversion, and grid interconnection systems.
• Perform complex simulations and analyses, including energy yield assessments, grid compliance studies, and performance modeling for solar and wind energy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (civil, mechanical, project management) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in renewable energy and electrical engineering, recommending innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy projects.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing solar PV, wind turbine, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Familiarity with grid interconnection standards, power quality, and protection schemes for renewable energy sources.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing engineering teams or projects in a remote setting.
