About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to contribute to their marketing initiatives in East London . This role will involve developing and executing various marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team to manage content creation, social media engagement, email marketing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for crafting compelling marketing messages that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.


• Create compelling marketing copy, social media content, and email newsletters that engage target audiences.


• Manage social media profiles, monitor engagement, and implement strategies to grow follower base and interaction.


• Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.


• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful campaign execution.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
