About the Role

Our client, a specialist recruitment consultancy, is seeking an accomplished Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the Tech and Digital sectors to join their vibrant team in Stellenbosch . This role involves partnering with innovative technology companies to attract and secure top-tier talent in areas such as software development, data science, UX/UI design, and digital marketing. You will be crucial in building our client's reputation as the go-to agency for tech talent in the Western Cape , leveraging your expertise to drive successful placements and cultivate strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for tech and digital roles, from detailed client briefs to successful offer negotiations.
• Proactively source and engage with highly skilled professionals in the technology and digital space.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients within the tech ecosystem.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Provide expert market insights and strategic advice to clients on talent acquisition and compensation within the Stellenbosch tech scene.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets, contributing significantly to the team's success and the firm's growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, with significant experience specializing in Tech and Digital recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and digital marketers.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and current industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
