Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, ensuring all standards of presentation are met.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Replenish amenities and linens in guest rooms as per hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning services or supplies.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, particularly regarding health, safety, and security.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed in guest rooms or public areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hospitality cleaner or housekeeper is essential.
