Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose effective solutions.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and measure their impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand operational challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of operational processes and business metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
