Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of geothermal plant equipment.
• Perform regular inspections, diagnostic testing, and preventative maintenance on turbines, generators, and heat exchange systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems associated with geothermal energy production.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in the geothermal energy sector or a related field (e.g., power generation, industrial maintenance).
• Proven experience with geothermal systems , including wellheads, pipelines, and power plant components.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment in industrial environments.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a technical team effectively.
