Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of music recording sessions, including selecting appropriate studios and engineers.

• Mix and master tracks to professional standards, ensuring sonic clarity and impact across various playback systems.
• Collaborate with artists to define the overall sound and artistic direction of their projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively for each production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Music Producer with a strong portfolio of released work.
• Proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or FL Studio.
• Excellent understanding of audio engineering, mixing, and mastering techniques.
• Strong musicality, creativity, and ability to work effectively with artists.
• Experience in various music genres is a plus.
