Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on financial trends.
• Conduct profitability analysis and cost‑benefit assessments for various business activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
• Support strategic planning and provide financial modeling for new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CIMA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent understanding of cost accounting principles and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
