Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers within the FMCG sector.
• Regularly visit retail outlets to monitor stock levels, ensure product visibility, and implement promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales approaches.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Johannesburg region.
