About the Role

Our client seeks a nurturing and energetic Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator to join their dedicated team in Rustenburg. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children aged 3-5 years.

• Foster positive social interactions and emotional development among children.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Background check clearance and relevant certifications are essential.
