Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and interpretation on HR policies, procedures, and South African labor law.
• Support managers and employees in resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Advise on talent management, performance management, and employee development strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Conduct HR training sessions for managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
