This role is integral to delivering holistic wellness solutions and providing therapeutic massage services to clients seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. As a senior member of the team, you will also guide clients on their wellness journeys, offering personalized coaching and advice to promote overall well-being. You will contribute to creating a serene and healing atmosphere, upholding the retreat’s reputation for exceptional therapeutic care and personalized guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and hot stone massage.
• Conduct initial client assessments to understand their needs, preferences, and any physical limitations.
• Develop and deliver personalized wellness coaching plans, focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various treatments and provide recommendations for ongoing self-care.
• Maintain a tranquil and impeccably clean treatment space, ensuring client comfort and privacy at all times.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to offer integrated guest experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional Massage Therapist , with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology.
• Relevant certifications from recognized massage therapy institutions.
• Experience or certification in Wellness Coaching or related fields is essential.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and commitment to continuous learning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
