Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Consultant to provide expert advice and strategic guidance on a range of projects in Upington . You will act as a trusted advisor, liaising between clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert architectural advice and strategic planning for various project types.
- Conduct project feasibility studies, site analyses, and risk assessments.
- Review architectural designs and documentation for compliance, quality, and constructability.
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, building codes, and procurement strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and clients.
- Develop and implement architectural standards and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture with significant post-qualification experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on consultancy or advisory roles.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and providing strategic architectural guidance.
- In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations, planning laws, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Registered professional architect with SACAP and possibly a professional certification in project management.
