Key Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate pre-employment checks.


• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job information.


• Assist with job posting creation and distribution across various platforms.


• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and presentations.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within recruitment or HR.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.


• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software, like ATS.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
