About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Case Manager to join their community services team in Rustenburg . This role focuses on coordinating and delivering essential support services to individuals and families navigating complex social and economic challenges. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive appropriate assistance, resources, and guidance to achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop individualized case management plans.

Requirements
