Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and expert recommendations to facilitate sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective consultation and selling techniques.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A genuine interest in sales and helping customers find the right products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, in Paarl.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service within Western Cape.
