Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan sustainable urban development projects, integrating green infrastructure and energy-efficient solutions.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies with a focus on environmental impact and sustainability metrics.
• Develop architectural designs that promote social equity, economic viability, and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with urban planners, engineers, environmental consultants, and community stakeholders in East London .

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification with 5+ years of experience in urban design or sustainable development.

• Experience in community engagement and stakeholder consultation is desirable.
