Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, promotions, and store policies in a clear and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, merchandise, and store layout to assist customers efficiently.
• Contribute to maintaining an organized and inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a direct customer-facing role is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
