Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare roles, ensuring they meet clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
• Understand the unique staffing needs and challenges within the healthcare industry.
• Utilize specialized sourcing techniques to attract qualified medical and allied health professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement and onboarding support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on the Healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to recruit for medical roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, its demands, and professional requirements.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive roles.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases relevant to healthcare.
• A relevant qualification in HR, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
