You will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and understanding their needs, to sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to define role specifications and candidate profiles accurately.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of effective methods, including database searches, networking, and social media.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing comprehensive feedback and market insights.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant or in a related sales or client-facing role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software.
