About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Lead Electrical Engineer to spearhead their remote engineering initiatives. This leadership position requires a visionary individual who can guide a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems and products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team in the design, development, and verification of new electrical systems and products.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical designs, from concept generation to production release and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads (e.g., Mechanical, Software) to ensure integrated product development.
• Champion best practices in electrical design, documentation, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex system design, schematic capture, and PCB layout management.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and power management techniques.
• Proven ability to manage projects, mentor teams, and drive technical innovation in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
