Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization, including facilities, IT, and administrative functions.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.
• Implement and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Lead and supervise administrative and operational support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with the operational landscape in Gauteng is a plus.
