About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute special projects focused on process innovation, technology evaluation, and new business development.
• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, techno-economic analyses, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Develop conceptual designs and process flow diagrams for novel chemical processes or modifications.
• Oversee pilot-scale testing and validation of new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, reports, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of diverse experience in chemical engineering, with a significant portion in project-based roles.
• Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and implement new processes or technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
