About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to provide strategic HR support and guidance to businesses in Stellenbosch and surrounding areas. This role involves advising on all aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with clients on-site and remotely to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist clients with the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support organizational design and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HR consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of talent management, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for a hybrid work setting.
