About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Client Care Specialist to join their entirely remote team, servicing clients from the Polokwane region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients receive exceptional service, resolve their inquiries efficiently, and foster strong, long-lasting relationships. This role is integral to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. As part of a distributed team, you will leverage modern communication tools to collaborate and deliver outstanding support, contributing to a positive and productive remote work culture from anywhere in Limpopo.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat platforms, providing accurate and timely information.
• Address and resolve client issues related to products, services, and accounts with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions or elevate to relevant departments for further assistance.
• Gather client feedback to contribute to service improvements and product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client care , customer service, or support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and helpdesk tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing tasks independently in a remote setup.
