Electrical Engineer - Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems for industrial automation, including PLC programming and HMI configuration.
• Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams for automated machinery and processes.
• Specify and select appropriate electrical components, sensors, and actuators for automation applications.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot automated electrical systems on the factory floor.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to operations personnel on automated equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a focus on automation.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI development .
• Strong understanding of motor control, VFDs, robotics, and industrial networking protocols.
• Experience with electrical panel design and low-voltage systems .
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively in a plant environment.
