Senior Industrial Engineer - Remote Process Optimization

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to join their team as a Remote Process Optimization Specialist . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing industrial processes and operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized processes, workflows, and system improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, cost savings, and quality metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for management based on analysis and project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff remotely.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization .
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., Black Belt) highly preferred.
• Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software, and advanced data analysis tools.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver measurable results in a virtual environment.
