About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Product Management to lead their product strategy and execution in a fully remote environment. This senior role is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that the company's products meet market needs and drive business growth. You will lead a team of talented product managers, collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and champion the voice of the customer. Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex digital products.
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies, Agile development, and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
