Key Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage policy endorsements, changes, and renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding policy details, coverage, and billing, providing clear and helpful information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date policyholder records in the company's database system.
• Liaise with the sales team and underwriters to resolve policy-related issues.
• Assist with the preparation of policy documents and other administrative correspondence.

Requirements
