About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Experienced Massage Therapist to join their wellness center in Paarl. You will be responsible for providing a variety of therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well‑well‑? This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, various massage techniques, and a commitment to delivering personalized and effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and hot stone therapy.
• Assess client needs through consultation and observation to tailor massage treatments.
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to address client specific concerns.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques.
• Maintain client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Adhere to professional standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Certified Massage Therapist with a recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and modalities.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage appointment schedules effectively.
