Senior Civil Engineer - Project Management (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of civil engineering initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
