Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store teams in executing daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.

• Oversee cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all supervised locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a supervisory role within a retail environment.
• Proven experience in managing staff, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Strong understanding of retail operational processes, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with retail management software.
