About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Real Estate Developer to join their dynamic team in Nelspruit . This hybrid role involves overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to design, construction, and eventual sale or lease of properties. You will play a key role in identifying development opportunities within Mpumalanga , managing project budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and local authorities. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, and hands‑on project management, with flexibility for remote coordination and on‑site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential land acquisition and development opportunities in Nelspruit and surrounding areas.


• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis for new development projects.


• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling from inception to completion.


• Oversee the design and construction phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the development process.


• Market and facilitate the sale or lease of completed developments, working collaboratively in a hybrid capacity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of land use, zoning regulations, construction processes, and real estate finance.


• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.


• Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools.


• A relevant degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Business is preferred.
