Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing telecoms projects and systems.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.

• Develop process models, use cases, and user stories to clearly define requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on the telecommunications industry .
• Proven ability to gather and document complex requirements for software and systems projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
