Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth diagnostics on complex engine, electrical, and driveability issues using advanced scanning tools and equipment.
• Interpret technical service bulletins, diagnostic data, and repair manuals to accurately pinpoint vehicle faults.
• Execute precision repairs and system calibrations, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Document all diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and parts used in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics.
• Master Technician certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Proficiency with OEM-level diagnostic software and advanced scan tools .
• In-depth understanding of CAN bus systems, hybrid, and electric vehicle technology is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical staff and customers.
