This role is for a master of men's grooming, adept at providing exceptional barbering services, from classic cuts to modern styles, beard trims, and hot towel shaves. You will be responsible for delivering a premium client experience, maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and service, and contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for the art of barbering and men's styling, potentially mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and styling.
• Provide traditional services such as hot towel shaves and precision beard shaping.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workstation and salon.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in men's grooming and barbering techniques.
• Offer clients advice on hair care products and styling routines.

Requirements

• Professional certification or license as a Barber or Hair Stylist .
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional barbering and men's styling.
• Proficiency in scissor cuts, clipper work, and razor techniques.
• Strong understanding of hair types and facial structures for optimal results.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage appointments effectively.
