About the Role

This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing targeted campaigns to secure vital funding from individual donors, corporations, and foundations. You will leverage data analytics, digital marketing, and compelling storytelling to maximize donor engagement and achieve ambitious fundraising goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential major donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
• Create compelling fundraising materials, including proposals, appeals, and campaign collateral.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports on progress and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital fundraising strategies and social media engagement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Experience working within the Charity & Voluntary sector, ideally with knowledge of the Rustenburg philanthropic landscape.
