Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen high-caliber candidates for tech and digital roles.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients in the technology and digital industries.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial brief to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies to identify talent.
• Provide market intelligence and consultation to clients on current hiring trends.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the remote recruitment team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven specialization in tech or digital roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in areas like software engineering, data analytics, or digital marketing.
• Excellent understanding of the tech landscape and emerging digital trends.
• Strong client management and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to thrive and maintain high productivity in a fully remote work environment.
